(b) according to Art. 16 GDPR the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inac-curate or incomplete personal data concerning you;
(c) according to Art. 17 GDPR the right to obtain erasure of personal data concerning you, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and in-formation, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, for the es-tablishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
(d) according to Art. 18 GDPR the right to obtain restriction of processing, if and when the accuracy of the data is contested by the data subject, the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and we no longer need the per-sonal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or the data subject has objected to processing pursuant Art. 21 GDPR;

(g) according to Art. 77 GDPR the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in particular at your habitual residence; place of work or at the seat of our company.
7 Right to object
According to Art. 21 GDPR you shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation or to any direct marketing purposes, to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on legitimate interests pursuant point f) of Article 6 (1). Where data is being processed for direct marketing purposes no particular situation within the meaning of the law must be affirmed and the personal data shall no longer be pro-cessed thereby. 8 Legal basis of data processing
If we obtain your consent for processing of personal data, Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) shall apply.
In the processing of personal data which is required to perform a contract of which the contracting party is the data subject, Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR serves as legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual actions.
If processing of personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR applies as legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or any other natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) lit. d GDPR serves as legal basis.
